Upon full payment for a completed project, clients receive ownership of the final website deliverables as outlined in their individual project agreement. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging Rikard Digital Studios for services are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information needed to complete the project
- Reviewing and providing feedback within agreed timeframes
- Ensuring they have rights to any content, images, or materials they provide to us for use in their project
5. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in each individual project proposal and contract. Rikard Digital Studios reserves the right to pause or withhold work in the event of non-payment. All fees are due as specified in the signed agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rikard Digital Studios will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in any matter arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for those services.
7. No Guarantee of Results
While we apply industry best practices to every project, Rikard Digital Studios does not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, website traffic, or business results. Results vary based on many factors outside of our control.
8. Third Party Tools and Services
Our services may involve the use of third party platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Google Analytics, and others. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or issues caused by third party platforms.
